Hyperlocal Marketing

Hyperlocal marketing targets an even tighter geographic area than ordinary local marketing – a particular neighbourhood, a single street or a radius of a few kilometres – and is often used by companies with a very local customer base or for place-specific campaigns.

In practice

The approach is particularly relevant for very local services such as a single shop, and less so for regional companies with a wide catchment area. Concrete references to the neighbourhood in ads and content noticeably increase relevance.
