People and responsibilities

Who works on your project at FINK Brot

FINK Brot deliberately operates with a lean structure. You have one consistent point of contact; additional specialists join only when their task in the project is clear. This page names people and roles as specifically as we can describe them publicly and reliably.

Clear responsibility instead of a long list of names

A team profile should answer a practical question: who will you speak to, who makes decisions and who is responsible for the result? That is why we do not use anonymous stock portraits or invent departments that do not exist.

Jochen Zizka is responsible for management and strategic project direction. FINK Brot may work with additional specialists on clearly defined tasks. We publish names, roles and references only when the collaboration is current and the person has agreed. In every case, the proposal states who will take responsibility for each part.

How collaboration stays manageable

Three principles apply regardless of project size.

  1. Direct

    One point of contact

Questions and decisions do not pass through several layers. You know who understands the current state and who can give a dependable answer.

  2. Transparent

    Clarify roles before work begins

The proposal states which tasks are handled internally, where outside expertise is useful and who is responsible for each piece of work.

  3. Suitable

    Choose specialists for the task

Not every project needs the same group. Additional expertise is included for a concrete purpose, never simply to make the team appear larger.

Does this way of working suit your project?

In an initial call, we clarify the task, responsibilities and a sensible next step. If a different setup would serve you better, we will say so openly.
