All content published on this website — in particular texts, photographs, illustrations, graphics, logos and layouts — is protected by copyright. Reproduction, distribution, publication or any other use requires our express written consent.

For our visual works, the following applies expressly: they may not be copied, stored, added to databases or published in other media without consent. Any commercial use — including in part, as an adaptation or collage — requires our prior written consent. Use for training generative AI systems is not permitted (see below).

Display in search results as part of ordinary indexing is permitted — including short excerpts (snippets) and quotations in search and answer systems, provided the source is named or linked. We believe in open discoverability.

Not permitted: reproducing entire texts or substantial parts of them, offering our content within your own services, and any commercial reuse without consent.

We expressly reserve the use of all content on this website for text and data mining (reservation pursuant to sec. 42h(6) of the Austrian Copyright Act and Art. 4(3) of Directive (EU) 2019/790). Reproductions for the purpose of text and data mining, as well as the use of our content for training or fine-tuning AI models, are prohibited without our express consent.

So that this reservation is readable by machines as well as people, it is also declared using the W3C TDM Reservation Protocol — in the file /.well-known/tdmrep.json and as “tdm-reservation: 1” in the head and the HTTP header of every page. The conditions under which use is possible are set out machine-readably in /tdm-policy.json.

The indexing and quoted display with source attribution permitted above remains unaffected.

Purely private, non-commercial use of our content is permitted, provided it is not modified, passed on or published.
